Love my new custom table. Fits my space perfectly, looks fantastic! Brian did an awesome job. I had him make extensions that took my 5ft long table to 9ft, for family dinners and, he made caps for the ends to conceal the holes when the extensions aren't being used.!
Thanks Gilldercroft for educating us on what everyone else failed to, when it comes to solid wood furniture. After 15 years of acquiring your product, room by room, we have finally brought our first dining set we acquired from you, to our home in the Caribbean.As no other compares. The work was well done but unfinished and four days late. When I picked up the items and said I was unhappy with the lateness and unfinished state of the items, I was yelled at and insulted. I was told I was a redneck, Ilbred, Ill mannered and rude. By far the worst customer experience I have had at any business, anywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The work is well done but the same quality can be found in other places, that treat customers and their complaints with respect.
